Southern California Apartments – Do You Want A Car Or A Balcony?

Southern California Apartments are supposed to be the wave of the future.

They’re supposed to be located in dense, urban centers, close to shopping and public transportation.

They’re supposed to save California tons of money in developing roads and other services related to Manhasset “sprawl.”
